Für die Entwicklung innerhalb des Bereichs Hunting & Nature suchen wir einen Systems Engineer (m/w/d).
Ihre Rolle
Als Systems Engineer entwickeln und konzipieren Sie in einem interdisziplinären Team innovative Produkte und Lösungen im Bereich Hunting & Nature Observation. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement und den Entwicklungsabteilungen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für das technische Gesamtkonzept von Optik, Mechanik, Elektronik und Software
- Auslegung der Systeme zur optimalen Erfüllung der Stakeholder-Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer Rahmenbedingungen
- Ableiten und Erstellen der Architektur und Spezifikation durch Modellierung, Simulation oder Experiment
- Abstimmung mit internen, externen und internationalen Partnern und Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Produzierbarkeit der Systeme durch interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit von der Konzeptphase bis zur Markteinführung
- Analyse aktueller technologischer Entwicklungen zur zukunftsorientierten und effizienten Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
- Durchführung von Benchmarking und Produktkliniken zur Wettbewerbsanalyse
Ihr Profil
- S ehr guter Abschluss in Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, bevorzugt mit Promotion oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Breiter Hintergrund in Optik, Mechanik, Elektronik und Software
- Begeisterung dafür, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Selbstständigkeit und Resilienz
- Laterale Führungsstärke
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
