Werkstudenten im Bereich Human Resources: Ausbildung & Early Careers (d/m/w)

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Planung und Organisation von Events und Messen
- Mitwirkung bei der Koordination der Schulpraktikanten
- Unterstützung beim Ausbildungsmarketing und bei verschiedenen Ausbildungsprojekten
- Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Unterstützung in der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Übernahme von allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
- Du bist eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Personalwesen, Eventmanagement, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste praktische Erfahrung oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit
- Du verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Google Workspace
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und idealerweise auch Englisch
- Dich zeichnen Eigenmotivation und Selbstständigkeit ebenso wie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du überzeugst durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Deine aufgeschlossene Art im Kontakt mit Menschen
- Du kannst Dich schnell auf neue Gegebenheiten einstellen und gehst neue Aufgaben mit persönlicher Agilität und Proaktivität an
