Innerhalb unserer deutschen Vertriebsgesellschaft bieten wir an unserem Standort in Berlin eine Tätigkeit als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Medical Affairs (Rare Disease) an.
Der Werkstudent:In unterstützt den Bereich Medical Affairs in administrativen Tätigkeiten und bereitet Informationen für unterschiedliche Themen auf und übernimmt kleinere Projekte z.B. im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen, Literaturrecherchen etc.
Aufgaben im Detail:
- Office Management (Korrespondenz - auch Englisch, allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten, Unterstützung von Freigabeprozessen z.B. für Materialien, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen)
- Graphische Umsetzung von vorgegebenen Inhalten in ppt bzw. Zusammentragen von medizinisch – wissenschaftlichen Informationen aus verschiedenen Quelldokumenten (bspw. Vergleich verschiedener Fachinformationen)
- Erstellen und Pflegen eines Kongress- / Veranstaltungskalender (Early Bird Registration Deadline oder Submission Deadlines)
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung etwaig anfallender Meetings: Räume, Material, Protokollerstellung ggf. mit externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit bei der Aktualisierung von medizinischen Datenbanken
- Unterstützung bei wissenschaftlicher Literaturrecherche und bei der Aufarbeitung medizinischer Texte
- Unterstützung und ggf. Teilnahme an medizinischen wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen (AD Boards, Round Tables, Kongresse)
Das bringst du mit:
- Studierende in den Fächern Gesundheitswissenschaften, Pharmazie, Medizin, Biologie, BLW/ VWL, oder Sozialwissenschaften (ab dem 2. Fachsemester)
- Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, gutes Time Management sowie zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Begeisterung für aktuelle Trends & Entwicklungen im Gesundheitswesen
- Interesse an digitalen Medien und deren Einsatz im Gesundheitsmanagement
- Lust auf die Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
