Aufgaben

• Coordinating tasks within the team
• Training individual employees
• Supervising task completion and motivating the teams
• Cooperating with direct supervisors and all team and shift leaders to ensure overall efficiency
• Monitoring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Implementing process improvement initiatives

Anforderungen

● Completed vocational training or many years of professional experience in the logistics
sector
● Several years of experience in a leadership position
● Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
● Good command in English language
● German language at A2 level
● Willingness to work shifts
● Strong social skills, reliability, and team spirit
● Independent and structured work organization, analytical thinking, and high level of commitment
