To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate (m/f/d): Trilingual Module Engineer Tasks Depending on your background and the operational needs, responsibilities may include: Process Integration Engineering Develop and optimize integration flows for advanced semiconductor technologies. Analyze electrical test and defect data to identify integration issues. Process Engineering Define, control, and improve semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., Equipment Engineering Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Fluency in German, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Exposure to multicultural teams or international projects. Experience in a high-volume semiconductor fab or R&D facility is a plus. Language Skills: Fluent in English, German, Mandarin Chinese. Concise, data driven manner. Flexibility to work in a dynamic start-up environment. Training/Onboarding : Onboarding starts 1st of October 2025. You will be working in a fast paced, international startup environment whilst at the same time having access to the experience, talent, and resources of the largest and most advanced semiconductor manufacturer in the world, TSMC.
