As a working student (d/f/m) in our Solution Development team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with IT/OT projects that support RWE Renewables across the entire value chain, including Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Solar, and Battery technologies. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the ambitious growth plans of RWE's Growing Green Strategy while enhancing your technical expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. About the role

Support the implementation and enhancement of digital tools to enable the efficient onboarding of new renewable energy sites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the performance of IT/OT tools and processes
Create, update, and enhance documentation to support project workflows, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing
Manage incoming tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues
Assist in project management activities, including planning, organization, and progress tracking, to support the successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives

Job requirements and experience

Ongoing studies in the field of Information Technology, Business Information Systems or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate)
First experience in software development, ideally with knowledge of Python or C#
A passion for innovation and improving developer tools and processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment
Confident in speaking and writing in English
