As the company continues to expand its presence, they are seeking a results-driven and trustworthy Senior Sales Executive to strengthen their team and accelerate growth.

• Drive business growth by identifying clients and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and offer strategic, end-to-end logistics solutions
• Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals
• Represent the company at industry events to expand brand presence and network
• Work cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and long-term client satisfaction
• Provide market and client insights to support continuous improvement and innovation

• Proven sales experience in sea freight, especially on Asia–Europe trade lanes
• Fluent in English for professional business communication
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Confident in engaging clients
