Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Directly in charge of the most complex analyses (Merger model, LBO, complex Business Plans)
Taking responsibility for valuation and modelling
Coaching and supervising analysts on basic modelling (multiples, DCF)
Preparation of pitch presentations based on guidance of higher hierarchies
Ensuring high quality standards and reliability of all marketing materials
Interacting directly with clients and with other advisors at an appropriate level
Guaranteeing compliance with the principle of protecting customer interests
Contributing to recruitment and training of Analysts

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

3-4 years of M&A experience at investment banks or boutiques (in the role of M&A Analyst or equivalent)
Appropriate academic background (BSc / MSc in Finance or similar)
Profound knowledge in Corporate Finance Advisory, Financial & Performance analysis, Accounting and Valuation
Strong decision making and organisational skills
Detail orientated working style
Full professional fluency in English
