Your Tasks

• General administration, contract management as well as e-mail and telephone correspondence
• Coordination of appointments and travel
• Preparation, participation and follow-up of meetings, taking minutes
• Support in translations (DE — EN) as well as interpreting in conversations
• Off-the-cuff translations of correspondence and contracts
• Event-coordination and management
• Preparation of reports in German and English
• Assumption of responsibility for projects and research
• Correspondence and coordination with other assistants
• Reception of guests

Your Profile

• Professional experience in the assistant or secretarial field or in a similar field
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Loyalty, discretion and reliability
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent
• Very good PC skills, confident handling of MS Office
• Enthusiastic personality with positive charisma and high social skills
