In order to support the Business Management System team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Working Student in Business Process Management (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Support the company's transformation through the Business Management System (BMS) transformation
Support the Business Management System team and learn hands on to use one of the best in class platforms for business process management (ARIS)
Support in data integration and analytics to enhance decision making and provide business insights
Development of requirements management in the Business Management System , based on Quality Standards like ISO9001/EN9100
Support business users from the different areas on BMS matters
Publication of BMS content
Creation of documentation
Usage of state of the art Artificial Intelligence tools (LLM, Process Mining application to real use cases)

Desired skills and qualifications

You are enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science, Data analytics, Aerospace or an equivalent field of study.
You see value in data and are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions
You have experience with Google Workspace/ Data visualization tools (Qlik Sense)
You have experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini
You are fluent in English - any other additional language (German, French, Spanish) considered a plus
You have strong analytical thinking skills, are capable of interpreting complex data sets, identify patterns and provide actionable insights
You are a very good team player, have excellent communication skills and are able to work autonomously
