YOUR TASKS Full responsibility for the project during the Execution and Execution Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service Lead, coordinate and manage the project team to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation in terms of cost, quality, time, and all relevant KPIs Act as the internal representative of the project, supporting service functions and ensuring alignment across departments such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations Manage all financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis and proactive implementation of mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies throughout all project phases and guarantee HSE and technical requirements are met on site Take responsibility for the safety of the project team, subcontractors, and all stakeholders affected by the project Handle institutional relationships, commercial and contractual discussions, claims, disputes, and other contractual matters with clients and suppliers Oversee customer and contract management including claims handling, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection Set up and maintain project management tools (e.g. schedule, risk matrix, forecast, org chart, Upvise) Monitor and report on project performance indicators as defined by the PM department YOUR PROFILE Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar 3–5+ years of experience in a similar project management role Proven experience in conflict resolution and working in international environments Solid background in project management, ideally within the wind energy sector or a comparable international industry Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus Willingness to travel Fluent in English and German (must-have) YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to. #Holiday: We offer you 30 days of vacation per year based on a full-time position, plus December 24th and 31st off. #Compensation: Commitment deserves reward – overtime or multi-day assignments are additionally compensated. #GreenerFuture: Shape a sustainable future with us – your work makes a real contribution to the environment. #ReferralProgram: You know someone who would be a good fit to #TeamNordex?
