• Experience in customer service, reception and conference hosting is meriting, but not a prerequisite

• Give a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors in the reception.
• Take care of the local Onboarding and Offboarding
• Host internal and external conferences as well as workshops
• Support office management tasks (e.g. office orders, incoming & outgoing mail, deliveries)
• Administrate phone subscriptions
• Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters
• Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives (#veggiefirst #trainfirst #fixfirst)
